ACQUIRE's "orgarhythm" music contest in search of 100 original songs

We are looking for up to 100 songs to be used as background music (BGM) for new stages to orgarhythm that will be distributed as additional download content (DLC) post-launch.
It doesn't matter if you're a professional or an amateur, in a band or a solo artist! If you have an original song then this could be your chance to expose it a wide audience!
* Applicants will need to upload the video or music to YouTube. (It does not matter whether the music / video has already been up or is set to private viewing or not.)

With your consent to the following terms of use, we eagerly await your submissions.

【Event Name】

ACQUIRE's Search for 100 Songs Contest for "orgarhythm"

【Details】

Seeking original music for inclusion in ACQUIRE/XSEED's PS Vita title orgarhythm.
Selected artists will have their music implemented and distributed in the PS Vita title orgarhythm. 。

【Restrictions】

Any nationality, gender, age, solo artist, band, amateur or professional is acceptable.
However, all applicants' music must be their own original work without any agreements in place with any outside music publisher and/or management organization, or any other type of agreement or restriction with a third party that may constitute a violation for ACQUIRE Corp. to use the music in orgarhythm. For music that has a contractual relationship with another party, we ask that the applicant handle and clear the usage rights on their own before submitting the music.

【How to Apply】

Please upload the music / video onto YouTube. (The account must be created by the actual applicant). After the upload is complete, go to the official application site and fill out the required information. After receiving a verification email with the submitted entry information, the submission is complete.

*Any files deleted by YouTube for violating their Term of Use will be invalid.

【Application Rules】

Music: Must be an original piece.
Format: Instrumental or vocals.
Length: Desired as one of three lengths: 1 minute / 3 minutes / 4 and a half minutes.

Only applicants who abide by the above rules can enter.
By entering the contest we will assume that the applicant has read and adhered to the rules.

【Music Recruitment Period】

August 31, 2012 (Friday) ~ October 1, 2012 (Monday)

【Winning Entries】

1) Distribution of Music
Selected winners will have their music distributed as free DLC for orgarhythm after the title launches.

【Announcement of Winning Songs】

Starting from August 2012 and to continue for as long as necessary.

【Terms and Conditions】

•	Entries are limited to the work of the applicant themselvs. Please confirm in advance that the entry is not plagiarized, and does not infringe on any copyrighted and/or intellectual property rights of any third party.
•	In the event music is found to infringe upon copyrighted and/or intellectual property rights, the fault solely rests with the applicant as ACQUIRE Corp. assumes no responsibility whatsoever. If the music is found to be an infringement of intellectual property rights, the distribution of the music will be ceased immediately. In that case of conflict or damages arising from the use of the music, all applicable costs (including attorney's fees) will be the responsibility of the applicant.
•	The copyright of the submissions will belong to the applicant. However, if the music is selected to be used in the game, ACQUIRE Corp. and the collaborating companies will have the right to use the music. When selected, ACQUIRE Corp. will have the right to use the music for free in "orgarhythm" across various hardware platforms, budget compilations, series titles, as well as worldwide promotional use for this title.
•	When implementing the music, ACQUIRE Corp. will have the right to arrange the music.
•	Any music violating rights contrary to law, public order, third-party rights, portrait law or any content which slanders others or violates any rights against others, cannot be submitted.
•	In addition, any video entry which violates the terms set by YouTube will not be accepted. In the event of any problems arising out of a submission, ACQUIRE Corp. will not be involved, and all responsibilities and resolution duties are with the applicant.
•	The creator of any selected music must agree to identify themselves as well as fill out identification forms for administrative purposes. This is to confirm the composer's intent of usage and to have a line of open communication to avoid unforeseen circumstances.
•	The winners will be publicly announced and displayed on our website, but depending on some factors it may be delayed without prior notice.
•	All music data submitted to ACQUIRE Corp. which was not selected will be erased after evaluation. We will not announce the evaluation criteria or reasons for rejection.
•	Winners will be notified via a message on YouTube.
•	Please note that we may not be able to contact any winners who change their YouTube account name during the selection period.
•	If the winner does not reply back within 10 days after we send a selection message, the selection will become void and we will stop using the music.
•	The prize may take more than a month to deliver depending on the selection process.

【Privacy Policy】

Regarding your personal information needed when we verify the winners, we will not use the information for anything other than the above explicitly stated use, and will carefully manage any received personal information in accordance with the Information Security Provision set by ACQUIRE Corp.
